Salud Schools
Salud Schools partners with school districts and communities across our 13 communities to help students access healthcare services in a familiar and convenient setting. Through school-based partnerships and outreach programs, Salud works to reduce barriers to care and support student health, wellness, and academic success. Programs and services may vary by school and location, and can include dental care, medical services, behavioral health support, preventive education, and connections to additional community resources.
Salud Dental in Schools
Salud’s Dental in Schools program brings preventive dental care directly to participating schools, helping students stay healthy, focused, and ready to learn. Services may include dental screenings, fluoride varnish, sealants, and oral health education provided by licensed dental professionals during the school day. Families can complete a simple online sign-up form to enroll their student in services at participating schools.

The Fort Morgan High School Health Center provides convenient access to healthcare services for students on campus. Through a partnership with Fort Morgan High School, students can receive care in a safe, supportive environment designed to help them stay healthy and succeed in school. Services may include medical care, dental services, behavioral health support, and preventive care, depending on student needs and eligibility.
